Researched the three personas provided by clients to know mow about their profession and derived insight from it.
Personas helped our team to understand the users’ goals in specific contexts, which is particularly useful during ideation.
This gains a more holistic view of the user’s world and the problem or opportunity space.
User stories helped understand how a product fits into their life by describing a day in the life of a persona
Jotted down SWOT of the product and did market research on related competitors in the same space.
The Research helped product teams understand industry standards and identify opportunities for the product in a given market segment.
The abstract concepts provided by the client team helped to understand the objectives of the product to transform them into a tangible reality.
