My Role:

• Involved in the workshop with the PM to understand current problem, strategy, business goals, and new product requirements

• Conducted ethnographic research in Warehouse to understand their process from staff who work on these application on daily basis

• Documented data-driven changes by analyzing various flows in the app using Microsoft Clarity to reduce user drop-offs and increase conversions

• Understood technical aspects with developers and support team that happens behind the process

• Collaborate with Junior designer and deligate relavant tasks

• IA, Wireframes, and Visual design

• Scheduled meetings and collaborated with the cross-functional team for in time deliveries
